APAC data center incident – traffic temporarily routed via North America

We have detected an issue affecting our Asia-Pacific (APAC) data center. To ensure service stability, we have temporarily routed all traffic through our North America data center.
During the traffic switchover, a small portion of requests experienced brief periods of unreachability. These routing issues have since been mitigated and services are operating normally.
As all APAC traffic is now being served from North America, users in the Asia-Pacific region may experience an increased latency of approximately 100–200 ms.
Our engineering team is actively working with our infrastructure providers to investigate and resolve the issue in the APAC data center. Once the APAC region is stable again, we will gradually shift traffic back and provide further updates here.
